Shipping:
All products are digital downloads in the form of zip files. These items do not require shipping information. Downloadable products will be deliver immediately after we receive your pay pal payment. All PayPal payments must be cleared before downloads can be accessed. After submitting your payment thru paypal, please click on the link "back to PDD" to complete your transaction and download your products.
Returns:
Due to the nature of the products sold at PinkuPixie Digital Designs , we are unable to give refunds. All products are sold as is. If a product is corrupted or faulty in any way, we will work with you to replace the defective download.
Replacement of Lost Files:
We encourage you to make a backup copy of any products you purchase from us in case something should happen to the originals. We will not replace files lost in computer crashes, etc. If you lose them you will need to repurchase them again.
